This Privacy Notice describes how Sardona Capital S.A. collects and protects personal data of individuals.
Sardona’s data collection and retention procedures are subject the Panamanians regulations, and your rights under the our Policy may be limited by those regulations.
Basis for and Purpose of Data Processing
Sardona collects and processes your personal data when processing is necessary for the performance of a Brokerage Agreement. We also process your personal data to comply with the Law 81 of 2019 from the Republic of Panamá.

Sardona obtains personal information about you from other sources to assist us in verifying your identity and financial history.
